My daughter and I were involved in a horrific automobile accident in March of 2019. Wanted to share my journey with Bill Berenson and staff. My husband was killed by a drunk driver December 7, 2019. I hired Mr. Berenson to represent my daughter and He probably didn't! Do . I did not want to hire an attorney at all, nor would I have if the responsible drivers insurance would have just agreed to take care of my car and our medical expenses. However, learned really quickly that was wishful thinkin...g. Sadly, without legal representation the insurance companies will most often do everything they can to avoid responsibility and convince you to release them from any liability at all.
