I hired Mr. Berenson to represent my daughter and He probably didn't! Do . I did not want to hire an attorney at all, nor would I have if the responsible drivers insurance would have just agreed to take care of my car and our medical expenses. He even sent me to his personal massage therapist (paying her in advance) when I wasn't getting relief solely from the care I was receiving. It would actually bring me a sense of peace for them as I would feel confidant that they were in the best possible hands available to get them through such an undesirable situation. He is a rarity.
