Monroe Solomon III is a passionate advocate with considerable knowledge of the law. He is a talented trial attorney with a lot of experience defending high-level offenses.
In only his third trial, Monroe assisted in a capital murder trial that ended with a reduction to a lesser offense. Since then, he has tried an array of high-level cases in both state and federal court including capital murder, white collar crimes, conspiracy, all levels of assault, sexual offenses, drug offenses, and DWI/DUI. Monroe’s knowledge and experience has rewarded his clients with many not guilty verdicts, dismissals, reductions, and the suppression of evidence.
Monroe’s work as a criminal defense attorney has earned recognition amongst the legal community and his peers. He currently serves on the board for the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Education Institute, the Tarrant County Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association, and has been named a Rising Star by Texas Super Lawyers since 2021. Monroe’s knowledge and experience has also led to teaching opportunities. He frequently presents to other attorneys at various legal conferences around the state and is an adjunct professor at Texas A&M University School of Law.
Outside of the legal practice, Monroe is a loving husband and father of two wonderful kids. He enjoys watching and playing all sports, and loves being outdoors with his friends and family.
