DO NOT HIRE JAYSON NAG

Paid 5k to him, I informed his office my children were in an abusive home, being mentally and emotionally abused, I asked if I should call cps his office told me not to, he told me he would take payments, he told me he would get us out of a toxic visitation for our children, he stated we would not ne...ed to pay child support but if we did, it would be for a short time, all which were untrue, he never communicated with us, only his paralegal did, he stirred so much up with the foster family and then wanted to withdraw himself leaving us in a way worse situation than we started with, out of the 2 years I had him as my lawyer I only saw him maybe 4 times, he stated we would have court within 6 months 1 and a half years go by and he never set a court date even when we mentioned abuse to our children, he still did not set a date, opposing counsel set all of the court dates, he promised a lot of things and didn't do a single thing he promised, besides leaving us with no other choice but to sign our children away! Do not go with jayson nag, he is only out for money! Not your interests!

Do not hire this attorney for custody/child support

Horrible experience with this lawyer. I highly recommend anyone needing a custody/child support attorney do not choose Jayson Nag. I paid full amount for all services. We went to court then the judge ordered mediation. Our mediation was August 2nd. I still have not received any child support from my ...son's dad.I have called and sent numerous emails to Jayson. Jayson did not complete child support order correctly and failed to order back child support. He rufuses to call me back. When I send an email to him, he either never responds or he gets his paralegal to send an email back. This lawyer has caused terrible financial burden and stress.

Ms. Wright, We are sorry you had a negative experience. Your mediation was settled with terms very favorable to you. The support issue was not an error with our office but an error with the Attorney General's office. However, the issue has since been resolved by our office at no additional charge to you. As far as the communication between our office and you, this is something we are always trying to improve on. The attorney is not always available due to court settings but we always try our best to reply to existing clients and potential clients within 24 hours.
