Mark Scott

As the title states, this guy is a slob, always posting booze on his FB page, he charges a large sum for certain cases and doesn't do anything he did not show in court for me nor discuss my discovery, he is the laziest attorney I've ever dealt with, he doesn't return calls, he just wants to plea ever...ything out with his shiny bald head because he is chummy with district attorneys, and in his eyes it's not about what makes you happy it's about him getting paid and your case getting resolved as easily as possible regardless if the results are in your favor I would NOT recommend this crook.

Mark will tell you he is working on something for months then toward the end just say to turn yourself in, because it's easier for him. This guy's issue is he has way to many clients, he doesn't devote enough time to anyone individually to understand their case. I paid this man a large sum of cash, n...ever once did he call and show me discovery, tell me what our best strategy was, nothing of that sort. I won't get to into detail here but just know this guy works for them and not you. He will smile in your face after screwing you, it's insane to me this guy has a license.

Mark was fast, reliable, and made sure that I knew he was on my case. I really cant say otherwise. I have had many attorneys and he was the one that I am most grateful to have put money on. These days you really don't have much say on what your attorney is doing, but Mark really did exactly as I aske...d him. No more no less.
