I hired him for 3k to defend me on a DUI chatge. First offense. I am 61 years old and never been in trouble a day in my life. He told me I would not be convicted or put on probation. But, he was in cohorts with the judge. He told me he knows him and his wife and they have dinners together. And, every...thing would be okay. Judge Carey Walker. He then, told me, if I wanted a deal, I should pay to get the judge removed from office. Hiw ridiculous is that? So, first time offense, never been in trouble and I ended up with a conviction and 12 months probation with a breathalyzer. He needednto meet his quota of convictions. I have been told by multiple attorneys that they would not have even charged me that much. And, I would have not been convicted, nor on probation. Do NOT hire this firm!!

Mark will tell you he is working on something for months then toward the end just say to turn yourself in, because it's easier for him. This guy's issue is he has way to many clients, he doesn't devote enough time to anyone individually to understand their case. I paid this man a large sum of cash, n...ever once did he call and show me discovery, tell me what our best strategy was, nothing of that sort. I won't get to into detail here but just know this guy works for them and not you. He will smile in your face after screwing you, it's insane to me this guy has a license.

Mark was fast, reliable, and made sure that I knew he was on my case. I really cant say otherwise. I have had many attorneys and he was the one that I am most grateful to have put money on. These days you really don't have much say on what your attorney is doing, but Mark really did exactly as I aske...d him. No more no less.
