I am a single father raising 9 year old twins who recently found myself in family court at risk of seeing my family separated. Jamie Taylor was my divorce lawyer and was able to add some light to the unpleasant time of divorce. My ex-husband's only involvement was signing the papers so it was nice to have Ms. Taylor there to answer the many questions I had, walk me through the court process, and all the way to the end with what to do with the finalized papers. I have to admit I did not fully understand the process of a mediation divorce when I entered into it. I was hoping to make our divorce process smoother while saving some money by not having 2 lawyers work out the details. Well after getting into the process and finding out that we both needed our own lawyers in addition to the mediation lawyer (that's 3 for those who is counting) I was so pleased to have been recommended Ms. Taylor. She reviewed the mediation paperwork and offered several changes on our first meeting. She handled the filing and the remainder of the process professionally while being cost conscious. I would not recommend a mediation divorce to anyone however, I would Highly recommend Ms. Taylor to everyone.
