Ms. Cornish actually handled two cases for me - one involving trust issues I was having with a trustee and another involving a dispute over mineral rights/royalties. In the first case she did an excellent job in making sure that I was getting the information I requested even when that took mult...iple requests from her office to the trustee's attorney. She always followed up in a timely manner, was ALWAYS very professional and would let me know the status of the case. She took the time to actually sit down and discuss all options with me and together we decided that it just would not be cost effective to pursue litigation against the trustee. That case is closed and to my satisfaction. Very pleased with how that turned out. The second case she handled for me was a mineral rights/royalties issue. In this particular case she had to deal with an extremely difficult opposing counsel and his extremely difficult client. Again, she was very professional and thorough and tough when she had to be.
