Biography
I am licensed to practice law in the United States Supreme Court, the State of Texas, in the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas Federal Courts. I have represented well over 10,000 bankruptcies since 2003. I have worked out over 5000 IRS tax problems since 2003. I have also represented clients with loan modifications on their homes as well as deed's in lieu of foreclosure, short sales, and the rescinding of foreclosures. There are many alternatives to bankruptcy which my law firm has dealt with as well including credit card problem negotiation, offer-in-compromise and tax installment agreement.
My goal is to make my law firm the industry standard in these areas of the law. If I can assist as many people as possible to reach their goals of financial freedom through representation and education I will feel as though I have accomplished something in my life. This practice is my passion and something that I believe in greatly. We provide a service to our clients that they will feel for the rest of their lives and that is what makes it all worth it.

Very Helpful
Lee Law Firm was very helpful in our time of need when my house was being foreclosed on. Richard Ramirez was very easy to talk to and very imformative. Even though we only had one week before the foreclosure on our home they were able to stop it.
