Mr Labovitz has represented me in a child custody case as well as divorce. He was very professional, helped me in every way he could and was always on top of everything. I originally hired his partner and she passed me on to Eric. My divorce took 8 months although it never went before a judge, most of which was due to differences on the parties involved. During this period I corresponded with him via email only. Approximately a dozen or so not including emails that i...ncluded payment to him. Eric only responded to about 1 in 3 and the only face time was to sign final decree, two emails were sent asking when we were to meet at his office, no response to time but had stated we were to meet on a Friday. I travel for months at a time with only a day or two off in between. I went to his office thinking his paralegal would have the paperwork, instead I was informed that this is not his office and only uses a desk there on occasions. Luckly the paralegal that worked for the attorney that actually occupies the space contacted him and told me to come back after 5 pm. I am disappointed in his lack of professionalism.
