Great Lawyer for Probate Litigation

After the sudden passing of my father in 2015, I found that my fathers current wife may have been trying to rob his children of his hard earned legacy to his children. When we found out that there was no will (after being told there was one previously), I hired Eric. He was swift in starting paper work and answered every question I had in regards to legally how everything worked. I, being new to probate anything I was unsure of how the law works in this situation. I learned a lot, the laws, and how to get what I and my siblings wanted of my fathers personal belongings as well his investments and savings money that he worked hard to build to make sure we received what was legally ours. He was understanding, some days I was practically in tears. Losing someone and having to immediately turn around and fight for my fathers legacy was very hard. We made it through, and I could rest easy that Eric was in our corner and doing everything he could to make it easy and as quick a process as it could be. I can't thank him enough!

Professional and Efficent

Eric was recommended to me by my CPA to establish an LLC for my business. He was very professional and efficient throughout the entire process. He worked with me on every aspect of the LLC from what name I should go with to who should be co-owners of the LLC and what that means for the future of my business. He was always quick to return my phone calls and emails. I contacted him and within 3 weeks I had the EIN and most of that time was due to the state processing the request. I am also going to meet with him soon to establish my will and go over some estate planning. I have and would recommend Eric to others who are looking to set up an LLC or who are in need of estate planning. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Phenomenal Probate Attorney

I eventually had family issues after my grandmother passing that insisted me to hire a Probate Attorney. The first day I met with Mr. Kolder he was so nice and very professional. During the consultation we talked about my issues. I was amazed that he had a plan from the very beginning, I hired Mr. Kolder that day and I can assure you that he did what he said he was going to do in a 4 week period from start to finish. LLC Setup for New Business

Eric and I met about setting up an LLC for my legal protection in a new business venture. Eric was very professional and down to earth. After our initial consultation, Eric's knowledge of the process was apparent in how well he communicated to me the next steps that needed to be taken as he walked me through the process. Only after hiring Eric and getting into the details of setting up the LLC did I realize how good of a decision I made by hiring him. Some of the lesser known, easy to miss, and finer points of setting up an LLC would have been skipped over had I attempted to tackle this issue by myself or with the help of an online resource, and the money I paid could have been wasted. Overall, I feel like my money was extremely well spent. If I had to do it over again, I'd be willing to pay double to make sure that my business met all of the legal requirements and that I get the legal protection I was seeking.

Wills and Estate

My wife and I were Eric's clients. We liked that he was punctual, answers were concise and to the point, and he had the highest level of professionalism throughout the process of drafting our wills. We will be using him again in the future.

Perfect fit for us

Very Professional and Efficient!

I hired Mr. Kolder to handle a small estate probate for after my mother passed away. I was blown away at how quickly he took care of everything. What I thought was going to be a long drawn out process took about two weeks, start to finish. I was in awe of his professionalism and his work ethic. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is in need of an attorney in a probate matter.

Great Probate Help

Eric Kolder was responsive in every aspect and explained the process we had to follow so I could understand. From establishing Court Dates to promptly answering any questions, to submitting the required documents, I couldn't ask for better representation.

Guardianship

I did not know the first thing about how to proceed as to how to become my daughters guardian but Eric took me through that process very well. He was very friendly and explained things to me in a way that did not make me seem dense. thank you, Eric.
