Steven Justin Lindley

Justin represents individuals and companies in probate and estate matters, guardianship proceedings, construction law disputes, mineral royalty and lease disputes, contract disputes, and general civil litigation matters.  His goal, in each case, is to provide his clients with efficient (with respect to time and cost) and effective representation. To reach that goal, Justin seeks to 1) listen to the client and identify the  client’s goals, 2) identify the key facts and touchstone issues as early in the case as possible, and 3) be frank with the client about the client’s circumstances and what remedies may, or may not, be available.   Justin earned his undergraduate degree in Agronomy from Texas A&M University (Class of ’97), and his J.D. degree from Baylor University School of Law (2003).
