5 Stars!

Mr Files, Mr Harrison, and Carrie Hall are a dream team! I found myself in the worst imaginable situation in 2013. They were with me every step of the way. I got a very fair sentence. They have continued to help me to this day. I'm so thankful to have had them on my side. I will no hesitate to... recommend them to someone in need.

Unbelievable Results!!!

Mr. FIles represented me today in court on a felony probation status hearing, my results were amazing. I could not have asked for a better outcome. Mr. FIles and Kimberly went above and beyond for me. I was very impressed with how compassionate and supportive they are, and how they made me feel like... my case was of top priority. He is well respected in the Courts, and when you see him in the Courtroom you can see why, he is a straightforward, genuine, and ethical.

Against the odds.

On my initial consultation, Mr. Files was very candid about the chances for leniency in my DWI charge. Although this was my first ever offense, the specifics surrounding my case did not lend themselves to a very positive outcome. This left me very disheartened. However, determined to take the shot, h...e and his team fought for me to be given a pre-trial diversion. The day before my court date, he called me personally, excited to give me the good news that he had been successful. Mr Files and his team had a well organized plan of attack for dealing with my case from the start. It was comforting to be able to follow this plan of action knowing I was actively doing some little part to help the outlook. In the end he was able to secure my pre-trial diversion, in a very unlikely situation. I can only hope that by being a positive example during my probation period, I will open the door for him to be successful and obtain more such verdicts for others like myself.

Motion(s) For Non-Disclosure

Mr. Files represented me in filing a Motion For Non-disclosure with respect to separate courts, misdemeanor and felony. He was successful in making the case to the court and the judge(s) subsequently signed the order(s) on my behalf. You may think you cannot afford Buck Files, but let me tell you f...rom personal experience using a "cheaper" attorney years ago....you CANNOT afford not to hire Mr. Files' office. He's not a miracle worker nor claims to be, but he is highly respected by the court(s). All you have to do is hang out in the court room and watch this man interact with prosecutors and court staff. I would also like to add that Tammy and Kimberly, who work for the law office, are top-notch, and highly motivated individuals. They don't just leave the office at the end of the day and forget about your case. I know personally, that Tammy worked on my case the night before my court date. One more thing, Brett Harrison is another very professional and skilled attorney in this office. He was able to successfully present a motion before the court to early terminate probation by two years. Again, do not expect miracles, but do expect to get the best representation possible in Smith County, Texas when hiring Buck Files or anyone of his fellow partners.
