Highly Recommended

He is honest, straight forward and has very extensive knowledge of the law. He consulted me about my case and I knew then I needed to hire him. Due to his professionalism he basically saved my freedom and it is very much appreciated.

Unbelievable Results!!!

Mr. FIles represented me today in court on a felony probation status hearing, my results were amazing. I could not have asked for a better outcome. Mr. FIles and Kimberly went above and beyond for me. I was very impressed with how compassionate and supportive they are, and how they made me feel like... my case was of top priority. He is well respected in the Courts, and when you see him in the Courtroom you can see why, he is a straightforward, genuine, and ethical.

lawyer review - Buck Files

My wife and I hired Mr. Files for representation for a DWI case. Instead of only looking at the legal implications of my case, Buck was as much concerned about myself and family. He provided council to help a person, his wife and children thru a difficult time. This included my personal welfare (hea...lth) as well as my marriage, job and position in our community - all the while providing peace of mind to my family and employer. I will forever be indebted to Mr. Files for not only his legal expertise but also for the way he treated me. He is an outstanding lawyer (his reputation speaks for itself) but above all an outstanding, compassionate person.

Thankful

Mr. Files can be best described as an eccentric, professional, knowledgeable, and full of life. As the title states, I felt thankful to have his service to keep me informed throughout the duration of the trial, and was pleased with the outcome of a Deferred Plea on a Misdemeanor from a Felony. I woul...d recommend his services to anyone in honest need of both legal representation and personal growth.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
