Motion(s) For Non-Disclosure

Mr. Files represented me in filing a Motion For Non-disclosure with respect to separate courts, misdemeanor and felony. He was successful in making the case to the court and the judge(s) subsequently signed the order(s) on my behalf. You may think you cannot afford Buck Files, but let me tell you f...rom personal experience using a "cheaper" attorney years ago....you CANNOT afford not to hire Mr. Files' office. He's not a miracle worker nor claims to be, but he is highly respected by the court(s). All you have to do is hang out in the court room and watch this man interact with prosecutors and court staff. I would also like to add that Tammy and Kimberly, who work for the law office, are top-notch, and highly motivated individuals. They don't just leave the office at the end of the day and forget about your case. I know personally, that Tammy worked on my case the night before my court date. One more thing, Brett Harrison is another very professional and skilled attorney in this office. He was able to successfully present a motion before the court to early terminate probation by two years. Again, do not expect miracles, but do expect to get the best representation possible in Smith County, Texas when hiring Buck Files or anyone of his fellow partners.

Buck Files

This was the first time I obtained an attorney, and Attorney Buck Files was a God send to me. He was very professional and supportive. I appreciate the effort he exhibited to present my case which resulted in my receiving a fair verdict that I was more than pleased with. He is very knowledgeable and... excellent at his job. I highly recommend Attorney Files to anyone seeking legal advice in his field.

Thankful

Mr. Files can be best described as an eccentric, professional, knowledgeable, and full of life. As the title states, I felt thankful to have his service to keep me informed throughout the duration of the trial, and was pleased with the outcome of a Deferred Plea on a Misdemeanor from a Felony. I woul...d recommend his services to anyone in honest need of both legal representation and personal growth.

I'd never recommend

Made my husband cop out to a 2nd offense dwi when he wasnt even driving. He was in a convenience store paying for gas. A cop pulled up when he was walking to the vehicle to pump gas...... he had keys in his pockets. They made my husband take classes and blow in a breathalyzer only for him to accept a... conviction.... he paid $4000..... as well as pre trial probation officer, the smart stop breathalyzer, counseling fees on top of $4000 to the lawyer. My husband had to keep telling them his name and they didn't believe it was him when he would tell him it was him!!! I don't refer them to anyone.
