Buck Files

On my initial consultation, Mr. Files was very candid about the chances for leniency in my DWI charge. Although this was my first ever offense, the specifics surrounding my case did not lend themselves to a very positive outcome. This left me very disheartened. However, determined to take the shot, h...e and his team fought for me to be given a pre-trial diversion. The day before my court date, he called me personally, excited to give me the good news that he had been successful. He was able to successfully present a motion before the court to early terminate probation by two years. Again, do not expect miracles, but do expect to get the best representation possible in Smith County, Texas when hiring Buck Files or anyone of his fellow partners.
