Fought for my family

Our family has been battling CPS since July of 2015 to have our three girls returned to us. They were removed due to a doctor's report being filed, while one of our daughters was admitted to the hospital for a stomach virus. CPS and CASA made it clear they do not believe we are fit parents and want t...o remove our children from their current placement with family. Scott fought hard to keep our family as together as possible. He was able to have the custody case dropped in Hunt Co. as he rightfully pointed out that the case could not be ruled on in the county. Unfortunately, we will have to continue our fight to have our girls returned in another county, but I trusted Scott to fight this case for us and he helped deliver a small victory to us.
