I have been trying to get my divorce done for over 8 months now. We have already been to court, and the agreement was that we would be coming into the office to sign our divorce and just be done with it. We were supposed to come in and sign the docs today after an extremely long wait period with no u...pdates. But we were never given a specific time to come sign them. Every time my soon to be ex husband has called the office, or I have, there is always no one available to take our calls or they say they will email us later (and of course we never get the email). My ex husband has paid a lot of money to have this divorce done, we are in agreement on everything, and it’s been over two years since we’ve been separated. Trying to get this divorce (and having been to court almost a year ago now). We just want the divorce that was paid for and there’s no reason why this shouldn’t have been done by now. There have been weeks we have called multiple times within the week span just to get updates we were promised. Terrible law office. The lack of professionalism is astounding. My ex husband should be entitled to his money back so we can give it to a lawyer who will finalize this divorce. Not stay on vacation every time we call out of the 30 plus times within the last 5 months.

Not only was Scott able to demonstrate why spousal maintenance was not necessary, he was also able to effectively argue in court for me to retain the entirety of my retirement account. Scott was reasonable on his fee for representing me, with no hidden or surprise fees. He will not waste your time or his to rack up hours. We communicated via email and phone as necessary, but not in excess. If you leave messages and send emails, they will get answered. Hiring Scott was probably one of the best investments I have ever made.

i got extremely lucky when kendall answered the phone on a holiday when nobody else would, i was starting a divorce after family violence and didnt know where to turn. scott had my best interest in mind at every turn, a simple non contested divorce turned ugly and scott never missed a beat. he was fa...ir and had great advice. i hope i never need his help in a divorce again but no matter what i may need a lawyer for in the future, scott cornuaud will be my first pick. i didnt read reviews before i picked him and like i said i got lucky, you dont have to be lucky, be smart.

I have had a child custody issues for 10 years and 8 months. I was ready to seek full custody and take my child's needs and wants into action myself. After seeking Scott he was upfront , honest, clear, and didn't try to give me false hope. He is more then fair with his prices. Kendall is great, she ...and Scott are a power couple that keep me updated and always responded to every question and need. First day in court I was granted temp custody after 7 months I now have sole full custody.
