I was referred to Scott from a colleague. I initially completed a consultation to see what my options were in preparation of a possible custody battle. I was very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. I wanted to pursue full custody but did not think I had a chance at all with Texas being p...ro-woman in most situations and experience from a previous custody battle in another county. Scott was very confident in pursuing full custody and ensuring that my rights as a father would be enforced. A couple months later, I was served with custody paperwork from the AG. Once in court, Scott ensured that the right evidence was shown during the trial. The judge ruled in my favor and granted me full custody of my children!
