Terrific beyond all expectations

Barry recently helped me settle a case involving many layers and legal issues. Throughout the process he not only tended to the legal matters but payed attention to how the case was affecting me personally. I knew from the start this meant as much to Barry as it did to me but never felt that it was... a concern about the money he stood to make. Barry was the calm in the storm and remained steadfast in his approach and demands of my former employer. I can't even begin to describe the diligence Barry showed throughout the process; whether it be collecting facts, researching recent cases and rulings that may help us, to communicating every step of the way late at night, weekends, and holidays. It seemed as though he never took a day off from my case and my case was the ony case he was handling at all times.. I honestly can't say enough to describe how pleased I am with Barry and the efforts he put forth to help my family and me. There is no second choice when it comes to an employment attorney!

Excellent Legal Representation by Barry Hersh

Mr Hersh was proactive and responsive to my legal needs. He gave me a thorough assestment of my legal options. He was completely proficient in case law in labor and employment disputes.While I hope I do not have to go thru this process again, if I did he would be my first choice in legal representati...on.

Just the best

To Whom it May Concern: When I was terminated and my company replaced me with someone with considerably less experience who was twenty years my junior, I retained Barry Hersh to represent me. Barry is one of the brightest, no-nonsense attorneys in Dallas. He told me that the odds of winning a pr...otracted legal dispute were not good, but promised to do everything he could to help me win a favorable settlement. His handling of the matter, from start to finish was nothing short of top drawer. His professional correspondence was concise and strongly worded, and his no-nonsense demeanor let my former employer know from day one that we were serious about pursuing our legal rights. The attorney you want to hire

I can't say thank you enough to Barry Hersh for the outstanding job he did for me. Barry made me feel as though I was his most important client from start to finish. He kept me informed every step of the way no matter how big or small the step was. I had total confidence in Barry from our first co...nversation on, The man knows his business and it shows. If you need a employment attorney you can trust, and one that works hard for you, then Barry is the one you want.
