Employment dispute

I contacted Barry Hersh to help me when my employer wrongfully fired me. Mr Hersh moved quickly and professionally to get a settlement and to clear my name in this unpleasant dispute. Professional and Personable

“Throughout my career I had dealt with many legal issues through business, but this was my first experience in needing legal advice and representation for a personal matter. I found Barry to be not only knowledgeable, experienced and skilled but a genuinely caring person. He gave me the courage and encouragement to hang in there through what was a long, arduous journey that frankly should have been settled quickly by my former employer. Barry reminded me more than once that I had been wronged and we were on the right side of getting the pay that I had earned and was due to me. Assertive and Educated Employment Lawyer

Barry Hersh Law Firm provided outstanding counsel in one of the most trying times of my professional career. I initially contracted Barry for a consultation on a non-compete restrictive covenant to determine if I would be able to make an anticipated career move. Barry provided sound advice on how to ...best handle the transition from my former employer as well as proper protocol to make sure I didn’t violate the covenant or expose my new company. He thoroughly explained what would occur if they sued me and how to best prepare myself and my family. When legal action was taken against me by the former employer Barry was able to quickly put a strong defense together against their temporary restraining order in less than 12 hours. Ultimately Barry was able to negotiate a fair settlement that allowed me to go back to work and miss the minimum amount of time. I would highly recommend Hersh Law.

Excellent Job-

Barry was extremely organized and well rehearsed in all matters towards my particular case. His diligence was outstanding. He delivers himself in a way that ushers confidence and charisma, and because the nature of his expression was so assuring- I felt little to no anxiety throughout the legal matte...r being pursued. I gave him my full trust, and was not disappointed. I highly recommend Barry and Hersh Law firm.

An incredible experience

I want to thank Mr. Hersh! Barry represented me in an overtime case against my former employer. The entire process was easy and his attention to detail was exactly what I was looking for. He went above and beyond my expectations and got us the decision that we wanted. I have to say I was nervous goin...g into this because I had never been in a lawsuit, but he kept us in the loop the entire time. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for an honest and fair attorney.
