Great Advice

Barry actually gave me the information I needed to decide not to sue a former employer and I think that counts as a win-win. The ex-employer did some underhanded conduct in laying a bunch of us off, we consulted several attorneys and Barry was the most responsive. We were actually driving home to CT ...to be by my Mother's bedside as she passed--it never rains it pours, when Barry got back to us. He gave me an indepth consultation about the case, for free and in the end, I decided not to sue the former employer for age discrimination. The bottom line was that Barry was key in providing clear information that allowed me to form an objective analysis, of any potential litigation. I would highly recommend him to anyone in a similar situation. In the end, I took the severance pay and decided to put that part of my career behind me. Thanks, Barry!

A trusted advisor...

I have the benefit of having Barry on my side. Barry assisted me in negotiating a new experience for me -- being let go from a company with no notice due to a pregnancy. Barry was able to keep me well apprised of the situation, insight into the process, and providing me balance from his experience ...both from my perspective and my former employer. I was able to resolve my dispute only with Barry's assistance. I would highlight recommend Barry to my friends and family if they were in a similar situation.

Just the best
