Biography
I focus my practice on prosecuting and defending family law appeals. In complex family law trials, I also assists trial counsel in preemptively preparing for the appellate process focusing on preservation of error, mandamuses, and post-judgment matters. I also draft and defend Motions for Summary Judgment and Trial Briefs on subjects peculiar to family law and enjoy the challenges raised in complex marital property cases. As an active member of the Family Law Practice Manual Committee, I also assists trial counsel with complicated drafting issues. I approach my cases with exceptional service, the formulation of practical solutions, and a competitive rate.
