Manny Haddad

Mr. Haddad was there from the very beginning, explaining every part of the process, breaking down, and compartmentalizing what the next steps would be. He even took the time to call my mother to also walk her through the process. Was informed throughout the duration of the claim, receiving immediat...e call backs, getting updates right as he was getting them. Mr. Haddad took the time to know the ins and outs of my particular case, and conducted extensive research to get what I deserved. Manny Haddad was my attorney for a misdemeanor charge in Dallas County, TX and I was extremely pleased by the manner in which he handled my case. Mr. Haddad was appointed to me by the court as a public defender... so initially I was worried that i would get an attorney who would treat me like a number and try to dispose of my case asap. When I actually met Mr. Haddad for the first time, i was extremely relieved, because i could see that h...e was very serious about doing what was best for me. He treated me as he would have treated a paying client. After reviewing the evidence against me, I decided that I would not attempt to take the case to trial. Manny discussed all of the options with me. Luckily, i was assigned to a court with a judge who does allow house arrest, a much better option than probation, in my opinion. So while there was some luck, the rest of the great results were due to Manny's skillfullness as an attorney. The prosecutor agreed to 4 months of house arrest, on the second to last court date, which was certainly acceptable to me... however Manny went above and beyond, to get the absolute best results that he could possibly get for me. Without going into too much detail, i will say that he did some very slick maneuvering and got my house arrest set to the bare minimum, minus the 9 days that i acually served in jail. The final result: 3 WEEKS HOUSE ARREST! That's it! Oh, and I didn't have to pay the $300 court fee. Manny is the best lawyer that I have ever had, better than other lawyers that I have paid thousands of dollars to. He answers your emails in a very timely fashion, and, amazingly enough, he has personally answered almost every single call that I placed to him. If he was in court or unavailable, he would respond quickly, as soon as possible. I cannot say enough good things about Manny Haddad- from his skillfulness and dedication, to his respectfulness and availability, he is the kind of person that I would want defending me, in these difficult situations. Manny Haddad is easy to speak to; he shows up on time everytime. He helped me with my DUI case which was basically dismissed. I like the way he explained to the judge that my case was a "vanilla" case. I got time served. Manny is very professional, plus there was times where I didnt have to drive all... the way to the courts in Dallas, Tx because he would just give me my new court date over text. After sitting in the waiting room listening to horror stories about other court appointed attorneys, I was glad Manny wasn't the case. First time ive ever been in trouble outside of speeding. He got the courts to give me a break and just do classes and community service. Things didn't quite as plann...ed and i ran into a few snags but luckily I was always able to reach him and he was able to work with me. Plus he kept it real with me about my options.
