Marc was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and graduated from St. Mark’s School of Texas. He went on to study international relations at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and graduated cum laude with Bachelors of Science in Foreign Service.

After spending several years working in Washington, D.C. including for the United States House of Representatives and receiving a prestigious Junior Fellowship at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Marc returned to Austin, Texas to pursue a career in law.

Marc attended the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, TX. While in Austin, he worked as a law clerk for the Texas Attorney General’s Office and interned as a judicial clerk for the State Office of Administrative Hearings.

Marc graduated with Honors from U.T. Law School and has been admitted to practice in both the State of New York and the State of Texas.

I was in a bad situation and I needed to find a lawyer who would represent me in my case. I contacted the Fellman Law Office and was greeted as a friend, not a customer. He took my case and was there along the way doing the best he could to be a mediator between court and client, as well as a representative for me. He not only represented me in court , but he also advised me along the way and even after my case.

DWI CASE, NOT GULTY Verdict
Something I should have posted this a while back. I was charged with a dwi back in 2015. After consulting with 3 other lawfirms that where price and didn’t get to speck with the actual lawyer. I finally called Mark Fellman who actually took the time to meet up with me on Saturday morning. After talking to him for about 20min I went ahead and hired him for my case. That was the best decision I ever made. After 2 years we finally had court. It took 3 days for my case to come to a conclusion with a NOT GULTY verdict. I don’t know how he did it but he pull it off. If your looking for a good trustworthy lawyer I will definitely recommend this guy here! His real good at what he does and very easy to get ahold of. Thank you MARK FELLMAN

I can’t express in words what Mr. Fellman provided for me. I will try, but the words won’t give it justice. Over the course of two years, this man made sure that he was 1. Available, 2. Truthful, 3. Reliable, 4. Active. There was not a time through My entire DUI/DWI process that I couldn’t count on Mr. Fellman to be there for my situation when he was needed. Ultimately, his advice led to a dismissal of my charges, and I can honestly say that without him and his consultation, I would not be where I am today. Price was a little bit higher than the others. Fantastic personality. Amazing skills. Was the only person who could calm me down when I didn't know what was going on, or what to do. DWI case >.15. Case dismissed. Will definitly spead his mame around. By far the best lawyer.

Me.Fellman is by far on of the best lawyers I’ve ever ran into! He’s fast! He’s efficient! He’s understable! He goes out his way to make sure you understand your case and what you should do. He helped me with everything from my probation transfer to appearing in court with me he is awesome I highly recommend him. Great at keeping his word!
If you ever have any legal troubles I think this should be the guy to go to. Not only did he say he was going to get my case dismissed but he was able to do it in a timely manner. Very excellent, he will get you out of legal troubles and he won't just make promises he wouldn't be able to keep.
