Joseph Stansel Bogen

Joseph Bogan was my court appointed attorney. I was facing 2 state jail felonys out of Kaufman county. From my experience Kaufman county is one of the strictest and hardest counties to deal with. To say the least I was scared and unoptimistic of my outcome in this matter. From the first time I met w...ith Joseph Bogan he made me feel at ease, he always made me understand my options and always made it my choice on what I wanted to do after giving me his legal counsel. He was always available to me at anytime I needed him. He always returned my calls promptly and even met with me several times on his days off to go over my case. The D.A was offering me 3 months jail time, and Joseph Bogan was determined to keep me out of jail and at home with my daughter. After rejecting this offer several times we were preparing to take my case to trial. The week before my pre-trial Joseph Bogan got both charges dismissed. It was over and we won! This lawyer believed in me, and believed that we could beat this case, and fought so hard for me. He went above and beyond what he had to do. I have so much respect for him both as a lawyer and a good man. He's passionate about his work, and that's what makes him great at what he does. I can honestly say he's the best lawyer I've ever worked with, it was a privilege. I'm so thankful for what he did for me. Th0 we still have months maybe years left in my case I can tell her is a very smart and carring lawyer that wants the best out come for me the only compliment I could have so far is that he at first told me he might be able to get them to drop the case then the second time he did not say anything ab...out trying to get them to drop the case made me un happy but so far I am very happy with his service and look forward to seeing how this plays out I will be making another review when it is over but I have a feeling it will be a five star review he is a all around good guy and I an thankful to have him as a lawyer
