It was a bit shakey in the beginning!!! Yet he turned out to be a soldier of the attorney field!!! I am a truck driver and out of town a lot!!! He defended my son on many false charges!!! Many need to be aware they can fight false accusations put on them by crooked law enforcement!!! Van Zandt county... is infested with it!!! I thank God daily for Mr Bogen!!! My son could be serving 15 years for nonsense!!! He fought 2 cases and aided in another!!! I have one son doing 4 years because they scared him into signing for it without a fight!!! If only we could get those years back or some type of justification for him... I would be even more greatful!!! So many or blind when it comes to the law and it is wonderful to have attorneys that are willing to do all it takes and then some to prove the innocence!!!
