We hired Mr. Bogen to defend our 16 year old accused of committing sexual assault on a minor when he was 12-13 years old. The charge was completely false. Let me begin by saying, as attorneys go, he is amazing. He is also very honest. I paid his retainer for my son. My son was on a no bond. Case was dismissed in 3 days. Joseph called me 2 to 3 times a day with updates. Upon the dismissal, Joseph said he didnt do as much work as his retainer was so we a...re even getting a partial refund. That's unheard of.
