Earl N. Jackson

I worked mostly with Earl's assistant, Stacey. She was very knowledgeable and by far the friendliest person I came across when looking for a dependable law firm. Stacey's level of professionalism and accountability was a big breath of fresh air compared to the law firms my family has worked with in ...the past. I've never written a review on a law firm before, but Stacey’s representation of this group showed them to be a first class law office and I wanted to recognize that.

Earl and his legal assistant Stacey Malone made the divorce process seamless with incredible support, knowledge, and fast response time. My case was both complex and tumultuous, however Earl and Stacey were able to severely reduce my anxiety and stress about my situation. I have never met a legal s...taff more approachable, friendly or passionate about what they do. Their professionalism exceeds expectations. I would and have recommended Earl to friends and colleagues. Stacey, his legal attorney is by far one of the kindest human beings I have ever interacted with. I feel VERY fortunate for their services and am extremely delighted with the outcome.

I have had many attorney's who couldn't handle the complexities of my child custody case, the confusion through out the case, or the unfamiliar environment of a small East Texas court room with lawyers and judges tat were just as unfamiliar.It can be very intimidating for some attorneys. For year...s I tried to work with different attorneys over in East Texas even though I did not reside there bc I could not get a lawyer from Dallas that felt comfortable enough to go to unfamiliar grounds and fight for what the laws states. The most common answer when I would ask was, " I wouldn't feel confident because I don't know the ends and outs of that court room or what the judge likes and doesn't. you would be better off with someone who is from there or familiar with the judge and his preferences". REALLY. I even started filing the motions and drafting them myself when I couldn't find myself trusting the lawyer I had hired from my ex's hometown. Finally I met Mr.Jackson and He had the strength to get done what I needed done. My case is more than confusing, more than complex, and to add to all that this little bitty town was doing whatever they wanted and I was losing everything fast. I have had Joint-custody of my three kids for there whole lives but my ex thinks he is above the order and does things quite underhandedly . My son is going on six and before I hired Mr. Jackson I had never seen him except when i gave birth to him at the hospital. other attorneys who I had hired in east Texas didn't even help me. Thanks to Mr. Jackson I met my son all over for the first time a couple of months ago. My ex is constantly with holding our children from seeing me and doing and saying things that only hurt the children. Thanks to Mr. Jackson I know he will be stopped. There is nothing that scares this lawyer off the case. It doesn't matter what kind of adversities your case may have if your not being treated fairly and you feel your rights are being taken away then this is my choice Mr. Earl Jackson and should be yours too. HE IS TAKEN CARE OF BUSINESS
