They say "You get what you pay for"... When it comes to family and children there really isn't a set amount or budget. Let me start with the sugar coat version of "I have a stong personality " which translates into DIFFICULT INDIVIDUAL. Earl and his team managed to not fire me as a client. Our case... was a dime a dozen but the difference being 1 associate judge did not follow the law. Earl made it his mission not only to "kindly" remind the Judge what the law is but tore apart the social worker assigned. He made it known what her actual qualifications were and left no room for her to reach. If put your money where you mouth is were a person Its Earl Jackson. Not only will he fight hard for you and your family but this man AIN'T SCARED to be held in contempt of court.That is how passionate he. His team is amazing and have their ducks in a row if that were to happen. His paralegal Stacey is ON TOP on everything and is TOPNOTCH! She has managed to tame the mama bear side of me when I have been highly upset. Stacey is very understanding, compassionate, able to relate and has a way of communicating with clients. From the moment you walk-in Babs is there greeting you, offering something to drink, always in a wonderful mood and has a lovey smile on her face. I don't think I have ever left that law office feeling worse than I did walking in. Earl and his team have a tone of reassurance that just makes you feel a bit better.

I hired Earl for an annulment. He was patient and kind during our communications. He is tough as nails in court. I had no problems with his staff or getting paperwork done in a timely manner. He will listen to you and do what is in your best interest as long as it is legal, moral, and ethical. He k...eeps up with current law and I personally witnessed his CLE (continuing legal education) material in his office. My case went on longer than I thought it would but that was not Earl's fault. He hung in there until the end and even consulted when the case ended up as a different type of lawsuit outside of Texas. He checked in regularly after his part was over to see how the case was going. He gave me good advice to help prevent me from having future problems. As far as billing, he works for a living like most of us. But he bills for work, not playtime. If you are unsure, just ask him and he will tell you what he bills for. What you will get is your money's worth. No case is guaranteed. But if you want the best chance possible, go with this guy. He played a part in a larger team effort against the problem that I faced........... and he won his battle.

I first came to Earl and Stacey during a very tough time in my life. The ex-wife had filed for a divorce and was seeking to take most of my business and assets, as well as our daughter. I called the Jackson Law Group on a Wednesday afternoon, and from the very first conversation I had with Stacey ove...r the phone, to my personal meeting with Earl, to my final trial, I was absolutely blown away by Earl's prowess in the field of family law. I struggled at first to properly describe my situation to Stacey, but she understood me perfectly and put my mind totally at ease, as she has been through similar situations herself. Earl is a true mountain of a man, both in his office and in the courtroom - he commands the space and works tirelessly for every client that comes through the door. Earl was very honest with me from the beginning. He said that he believed my case was strong, and that he would go to war for me. "Let's play," he said. While Mr. Jackson is not cheap, you get what you pay for a hundred times over. His billing practices are clear and specific, so I knew exactly what he was charging me and why. He was always on time, never late - despite what another reviewer has said. Best of all, after a contentious 8 months of litigation, Earl got me a great deal out of the divorce, and got me primary of my daughter. All of this despite my ex-wife's attorney playing some real BS throughout the whole thing. Earl doesn't get bogged down in the weeds - he remains focused and dedicated on everyone's file and made me feel like a priority even with multiple other clients on his plate at the same time. I can't give Earl enough praise - I credit my happiness today to his hard work, incredible legal knowledge, and strength in the courtroom. While he comes off as aggressive and harsh sometimes, this played greatly in my favor when he turned that around on the other side. Plus, he has a softer side too... he was always able to calm my nerves and reminded me how important it was to follow the court orders. All in all, Earl is your man. Our experience with Earl and Stacey was great. We needed help fast! We hired an awful attorney who totally took advantage of us and a lot of our money. Stacey stumbled across our story and immediately took charge and got us in the office fast! We met and hired them on Monday at 1pm with a Tuesday 9am... court date set! It was also in a county far away and they agreed to travel for us. I sat in the corner of his office while he stood behind his giant desk ferociously typing away on one computer, reading something on another, hollaring “STACEY GET IN HERE!”, doling out orders to his partner, answering phones to contact opposing counsel, and demanding papers. It was like a scene from a movie. I sat there in awe, crouched in a chair gripping my evidence binder. He is a mountain of a man with a deep Southern drawl that is both charming but also commands every attention in the room. I knew he was a man that would get things done. He was passionate about us and we’d only just met. He’d pause in the middle of barking orders to turn to me and totally soften and ask me a quick question. It was kindness we really needed in a time we had been kicked badly. At the end of it all he sat down and said, “We gonna learn her. She won’t get away with this.” And I almost cried. We’d been beaten up for so long. We had court the next day and what was supposed to be a simple TRO hearing was treated like a trial. Witnesses were brought and evidence presented. It lasted hours. Earl’s partner filed a last minute piece of paper requesting custody be changed. The judge heard everything and then said she would give her ruling. We had custody by Thursday. Custody was switched from mother to father during a TRO hearing after the school year started. That is almost unheard of. But this team got it done. One of the happiest days of my entire life. It’s been 2 1/2 years and all four kids are doing great. It’s my firm belief that God exercised his mighty power through this law firm and place my kids exactly where they were supposed to be.

Earl Jackson and his team are honest, experienced and "WILL NOT" back down from a fight! If you have any family law needs, I highly recommend Earl's services. My review will be a little lengthy but I encourage you to read it all. This law firm is outstanding at what they do. I hired Earl to basic...ally clean up a mess caused by my previous attorney. I was awarded a substantial dollar amount during mediation from the sell of my home. Through negligence, ignorance and incompetence - my previous attorney allowed my ex-wife and her attorney to go before a judge - and win a judgement that allowed my ex-wife to ignore the terms of our divorce decree and win the majority of the money that was initially owed to me. My previous attorney really messed things up. He even filed paperwork the day of the hearing which really annoyed the judge. That was a very embarrassing day in court. I knew if I wanted a different outcome, I needed to find a new attorney. I reached out to a lot of highly rated attorneys from websites like Avvo.com. Most of them told me they were not interested in cleaning up another attorney's mess. They also said judges rarely reverse their initial rulings - so the chances of me winning back my money were extremely slim. Then I reached out to Earl... 1 ) Unlike the other attorney's I reached out to, Earl actually listened to my entire story surrounding my divorce. He had empathy for my situation and agreed my previous attorney made a lot of mistakes. 2 ) Earl had great knowledge of the laws related to the homestead act. He knew the law was on my side and felt confident he could get the court to see that as well. 3 ) Earl has argued before this particular judge on many occasions. So he had credibility with the court that my previous attorney did not have. During our motion to reconsider, Earl was able to convince the judge to re-open the evidence. It was a brand new ballgame after that! Earl presented information and evidence that had not been seen before. My previous attorney allowed opposing council to push him around in court... but Earl was not having it! Earl was assertive and aggressive in arguing my case. He had a counter for every stunt my ex-wife and her attorney tried to pull. However, there were times during the hearing Earl was very funny. I can not say for sure, but I think the judge enjoyed how Earl could find humor during a very sensitive & intense hearing. He really did give us all a show! Thanks to Earl, the judge reversed her initial decision and I was awarded all of my money from the sell of the house. Obviously, my ex-wife was not happy with the outcome. So we had to go back to court a month later. It was very frustrating. If my ex-wife would have fought this hard for our marriage, maybe we would still be together. Regardless of that, Earl fought even harder and the judge did not change her mind. The judge signed an order for the money to be given to me. So after 11 months since the time of my divorce... the matter was finally resolved. The initial mistake I made was hiring a cheaper attorney. There is a reason why some attorneys cost less than others. If I had hired Earl to handle my divorce from the start, I am sure this matter would have concluded much sooner.
