At the very beginning I started what I needed done with s as child custody case Mr. Dell stated it would be $4000.00 to operate on the case to fight and exercise my rights he took my money in payments and when I give him it all in full he turned his entire intentions based upon counseling classes ins...tead of exercising my non custodial rights and only have me half of my money back and did not file any paper work with the AG’s office , so I will tell anyone who come in contact with him please file for your child custody papers on your own and if you do give a attorney if he does not file any paper work within 2 weeks of paying him get your money back and report him immediately, money is hard to come by now days I do not recommend hiring him he will do you wrong

Paul seemed like a great choice after speaking with his secretary. Once we got to speaking with him about the case, he seemed to know what he was doing. He told us the case wouldn’t go over $4.5k we hired him on a payment plan. When our court date came around he was unprepared!! Despite that i person...ally set up a whole almost 200 pages of evidence against the respondent including bank statements, texts, emails, call logs, toll costs, repossession and more. Paul showed up with a few texts and a few payment verification. When asked by the judge for proof of our claims, Paul couldn’t respond or didnt have evidence, EVIDENCE THAT I EMAILED HIM!!! I handed Paul a folder very nearly organized before court and he said we dont need that!!! So instead of getting a judgement of $60-70k we got a judgement of almost $20k plus slapped in the face with a $13k bill from him after I expressed my concern with the judgement and him not properly representing us. Paul is very unprofessional and does not have his a game on in court. Sarah his wife / secretary called me after I questioned why the bill went from $4.5k to $13k saying “you should be grateful and appreciate that we even took your case on a payment plan” !!!what!!! So if you are on a payment plan you should expect mediocre representation?!?!? Not to mention we got billed close to 10 hours @ $400 an hour for things he didnt even do and times he claimed he was in court and wasnt!!!!We are mind blown!!! Do not hire!!!

I was referred to Paul Dell by a friend and I'm happy I chose to meet with him. He was extremely attentive and took the time to listen to my complicated divorce case. He was thorough in his explanation of my options and I never once felt he was interested in profiting from my case, but instead left... with the impression he genuinely cared about the future of my family.
