Monique Jurae Bracey

I hired Monique Bracey to go up against the Texas Department of Safety who was trying to take my license away for having too many tickets. The actual facts surrounding the case were questionable since they involved different states and differing rules because I had a CDL. Other lawyers who I spoke wi...th on the phone during the hiring process shrugged me off and said they couldn't do anything. When I came across Mrs. Bracey, she was upbeat, positive, and made me feel that we had a fighting chance. One the actual day of court she made sure we were moved up to the front of the list and you could tell the Judge and the officers within the courtroom showed me a higher level of respect and it was obvious that they highly respected Mrs. Bracey. Once the proceedings started she immediately knew what to say and made an articulate and well thought out argument. At best I thought I would salvage my license but have to plea to something lower and accept some level of guilt but even better she was able to get my case completely dismissed. It was awesome and I was extremely thankful. I highly recommend.
