Worst Service, only out to get your money and will bleed you dry.

I am currently under contract, trying to get out of it without wasting all of my money and my court date quickly approaching. I hired Monique for legal matter and it has by far been the most nerve wrecking, in the dark experience I’ve ever felt. I already hired her as my lawyer and I cannot get her o...n the phone to save my life. I have called and left voice mails for 2 weeks straight. Her assistant who is extremely rude FINALLY returns all of my phones calls and voicemails with a TEXT. After responding and asking her assistant to have her call me or someone she responds again with a TEXT. I then tell her that I want speak with Monique about how my case and myself are being handle. I then receive a phone call from her assistant. As I am explaining my situation to her she immediately cuts me off in the start of my sentence and tells me “I don’t care. I am only here to collect money, and set appointments. Nothing else matters to me.” If you’re looking for a firm/lawyer to be on your side and make you feel comfortable this is not the place to go. I promise you will regret unless you don’t mind giving away all your hard earned money to be ignored. It’s been several months and we have not spoken about my case once. I called another lawyer for advice on what I should do. Should I fire her? Should I keep her because the court date is so close. Is there any way to get my money back? What should I do? He looks up my information and gave me more information on my case then I received from her office in MONTHS. he explained that I already have a plea on the table and that when I go in for my court date I’ll have to accept it or go to trial. Shouldn’t I be notified that there is a plea deal on the table? Why have I been contacted. I can go on and on. But the true person who motivated me to go as far as writing a review which I’ve maybe done once before In my life is her ASSISTANT. She is very rude inconsiderate, insensitive, disrespectful and just plain mean. Just stay away. I though Monique was really nice because I’ve dealt with her in the last on something smaller and it was quick and smooth. But this has been the WORST experience ever. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. They could careless about your well being. If I could I would rate this office/firm/lawyer ZERO STARS

Highly Disappointed. Unprofessional.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with what is said to be a professional operation. The odd thing is I have utilized this office in the past, with great success. I suggested that my friend use this attorney's legal services for a ticket issue that he was having. After calling multiple tim...es week after week he received no response. I then had to call and leave a message stating that I had reffered him and would appreciate a response. Directly after that, someone did contact him. In the midst of all this phone tag, he was able to set an appointment which was then rescheduled at the last minute, as we were en route to the office. After showing up to the rescheduled appointment it was realized by, what seems to be, an incompetent assistant, that there was no help to be offered. I am not disappointed Ms. Bracey could not offer help. I fully understand she is a lawyer, not a miracle worker, and some situations require different action than she is able to take. What I am disappointed in is that not only did my friend waste a lot of his time and efforts for not even an ounce of advice, but I look like the fool for having referred him to this office. Turns out, he should have just taken the hint that not returning his call was a sign that attempting to get anything from the Law Office of Monique J. Bracey was a waste of time. I assumed, being in the field, that the operators of this establishment would understand the time sensitivity and stress that legal issues can cause a person. It is unfortunate that attempting to receive legal assistance from this office only presented more stress.

Monique Bracey is not a good attorney - She is Unethical and Unprofessional and Misrepresented ME

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! She is terrible both in demeanor and professionally. She is money hungry and will take your money and do nothing to protect your intererests. PLEASE AVOID her and find another attorney! My divorce with her cost me everything and she would not even finish the job after paying her S...IX THOUSAND DOLLARS! I became ill during the process and after me dealing with her my sister had to and Monique started screaming at my sister over the phone. My sister finally had to finish the divorce for me because Monica did NOTHING. She is TOTALLY UNETHICAL!! I am demanding my money back. I lost EVERYTHING that I should have been entitled to in my divorce thanks to MOnica and her non-representation.. AVOID please! Find another attorney - there are a FEW good ones out there! BUYER BEWARE!
