Mark is a great lawyer. He is very knowledgeable and got our family out of a very delicate situation with the exact results we needed. He was patient and kind. I give him 4 stars out of 5 because, occasionally, he was very hard to reach. He also scheduled a meeting for our family one day, and we arra...nged our schedules to make this happen, and he didn't see us until close to 2 hours later. I know he is very busy, but sometimes we felt like we needed more explanation and updates. I definitely recommend him because he most definitely knows how to get the job done.

I was obviously under duress at the time having such a small support system, Mark and his assistant Kim, was exactly what I needed in a lawyer. Mark sat down with me in his office and assured me from the very beginning that he would do ever...ything in power to suport me.  Throughout the entire process Kim has been very supportive, compassionate and provided excellent customer service. She answered all of my questions and took the time to explain the entire situation to me each and every step of the way. Not only does Mark and Kim have a vast knowledge of the court system and Texas  laws but they also is very patient and provides excellent customer service to there clients. If you are unfamiliar with the legal process of having charges brought against you it can be a terrifying experience.  I quickly found myself  fraught with anxiety concerning the upcoming months (not to mention the uncertain fate of my permanent background record). Mark and his  staff were there for me every step of the way. No matter what “worst case scenario” I have read about online, Mark reassured me that he was on my side. With Mark, you avoid the pomp and indifference you would get from countless other attorneys. Though my case wasn’t the highest profile, it was treated with careful expertise beyond my expectation. I absolutely recommend Mark and his firm, and though I hope I won’t need his services ever  again, I would ask for his representation again in a heartbeat.

We hired Mark for a criminal assault case that was filed falsely in a family dispute. The initial retainer was close to $10,000. Like another said on this review, he was wonderful and courteous initially, but after the money was received, he became unavailable. He left us waiting for hours at his ...office and then would miss the appointment completely disrespectful of our time (and of us in general - like we were guilty as charged), would not consult about the case and answer our questions, left us waiting at court with no appearance from him and no apologies, and when the case was ultimately dropped by the accusing party, he refused to return ANY of the money. He literally spent zero time on our case and then walked with all of our money. He took advantage of us in a vulnerable position. I have never seen such utter disrespect from a "professional". I know we are not supposed to be hostile or leave insulting comments - so please read between the lines. We were in an unfortunate situation and were not used to dealing with the "system". I cannot believe to this day how we were treated. It frankly was criminal - what an irony from a "criminal defense" attorney. A horrible chapter in our lives that is behind us but we feel compelled to review Mr. Robinius so that others will not be mistreated when they are at what is probably the lowest point in their lives. I have known Mark for years but only used his services for small stuff, nothing major. However, I had to retain Mark for a crime I was accused of that would impact my life dramatically if not handled properly. My case went on for 2.5 years and Mark was there to represent me everytime! My case fina...lly went to trial and I have to say that was one of the scariest situations I have ever found myself in. Mark and his team walked me through every step, gave me sound advice and manuvered through a trial. To be blunt he kicked their ass in court, which lead to a hung jury and a mistrail. My case is still pending and although we went to trial once, Mark has still been very responsive and very helpful although a new trial date has been set for later this year. I would recommend hiring Mark and his team to represent me again and again, although I hope I never have to after this is over! If you want a trial lawyer- one that goes to court and wins vs pushing you into some kind of agreement to keep it out of court, then you need Mark Robinius! Last comment- you know hes good when the judge tells him what a good job he did defending me in the case after the jury hung. Pretty sure that doesn't happen everyday.

Mark was invaluable in helping me through one of the most difficult times of my life and he absolutely exceeded my expectations. Mark was always very responsive and provided a solid team of legal professionals tha...t assisted in working on my case. He and his team kept me informed of my upcoming court dates, dues and explained all of the legal jargon, which I did not understand.
