Mark Robinius is a highly successful criminal defense trial attorney with offices in Dallas and Garland, Texas. Mark Robinius limits his practice to the trial of criminal cases. Mark Robinius was born and raised in Garland, and outside of the years he attended the University of North Texas and the University of Tulsa College of Law, he has lived in Garland for his entire life.
In 2000, Mark Robinius began his legal career as a prosecutor working for the Dallas County District Attorney, Bill Hill. In 2001, Mark Robinius began representing citizens accused of crimes ranging from Driving While Intoxicated to Capital Murder, and became managing partner of Robinius & Harper, L.L.P. Unlike many attorneys who claim to have “experience” or to having “handled” certain types of serious criminal cases, Mark Robinius, as first-chair counsel, has obtained NOT GUILTY verdicts from juries in numerous felony and misdemeanor criminal cases.

Arrogant and Disrepectful
We hired Mark for a criminal assault case that was filed falsely in a family dispute. The initial retainer was close to $10,000. Like another said on this review, he was wonderful and courteous initially, but after the money was received, he became unavailable. He left us waiting for hours at his ...

Replied last January 26, 2017Without knowing who posted this review, I cannot address individual concerns. I can say, however, we have never charged $10,000 for an initial retainer fee for an assault case. I don't even think this is one of my clients.
