Mark is a great lawyer. He is very knowledgeable and got our family out of a very delicate situation with the exact results we needed. He was patient and kind. I give him 4 stars out of 5 because, occasionally, he was very hard to reach. He also scheduled a meeting for our family one day, and we arra...nged our schedules to make this happen, and he didn't see us until close to 2 hours later. I know he is very busy, but sometimes we felt like we needed more explanation and updates. I definitely recommend him because he most definitely knows how to get the job done.

Grateful to have had this top notch attorney by my side. I was obviously under duress at the time having such a small support system, Mark and his assistant Kim, was exactly what I needed in a lawyer. Mark sat down with me in his office and assured me from the very beginning that he would do ever...ything in power to suport me.  Throughout the entire process Kim has been very supportive, compassionate and provided excellent customer service. She answered all of my questions and took the time to explain the entire situation to me each and every step of the way. If you are unfamiliar with the legal process of having charges brought against you it can be a terrifying experience.  I quickly found myself  fraught with anxiety concerning the upcoming months (not to mention the uncertain fate of my permanent background record). Mark and his  staff were there for me every step of the way. No matter what “worst case scenario” I have read about online, Mark reassured me that he was on my side. With Mark, you avoid the pomp and indifference you would get from countless other attorneys. Though my case wasn’t the highest profile, it was treated with careful expertise beyond my expectation. I feel like saying Thank you is clearly not enough. Mark and his staff are professional , kind, and genuine. What was a very strenuous and emotional taxing time in my life Mark made it livable. Having Mark represent my son was a God send. He and his assistant kept us informed and educated on every... single step in this legal process. I felt like he truly thought of my son's best interest every single step of the way. Getting into real trouble with the police is scary. I didn't know where to turn. A friend sent me to Mark and I'm very happy I was able to trust him with my case. He assured me he'd take care of me and he did just that. His office was always available (thank you Kim) and willing to answer any questi...ons I had. Kim always emailed me my court dates and this really helped ease my mind as I didn't really know what I was doing and don't know as much as I should about the laws. I'm glad that I chose Mark! Mark and his staff were wonderful. Their customer service was on point, every time I called with any questions or concerns they were quick to respond. He was able to get my felony case lowered to a misdemeanor. I am greatly satisfied with the outcome he was able to get me. It was a process but he kep...t fighting for me.
