He was a great help when we were at our darkest time

On Jan 1st I this year I realized that we were Broke . I contacted a Debt Relief Service and tried to settle my debts that way.For over 5 months we kept sending money only to be told I hadn't sent enough.Meanwhile the Bills kept getting Farther and farther behind . In desperation We reached out to ...Donald Hood around 8;00 at night and the next Day on Saturday we were going over the available things we had available Thanks to Don we filed for Bankruptcy and at 70+ years old we are starting over worry free almost

We contacted Mr. Hood and inquired about his services. We set up an appointment for a consultation and he immediately sent us an email about his services, a check off list of everything that we needed to do before the consultation and all the information we needed to bring with us. Mr. Hood contacted... us the day before to confirm that would be in attendance for our meeting. The day of the meeting a client canceled his session which was scheduled ahead of us. Mr. Hood called and afforded us the opportunity to come in earlier if, we chose to do so and we did. Mr. Hood was very professional and greeted us with enthusiasm, which made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. He was very patient with us. As we started the process Mr. Hood was very thorough as we went through the paperwork and allowed us an opportunity to ask questions if needed. He made calls to clarify information when necessary. He observed that we were a little overwhelmed and promised us that everything would be okay and that helped ease the tension. The most impressive thing that stood out about Mr. Hood was that he is straight-forward and he doesn't sugar-coat anything. In the midst of the meeting, we witnessed his honesty, love and compassion. He displayed his concern and dedication to his clients and I would most definitely recommend his services to others.
