Flexible and Accommodating

If I could give 6 stars, I would

1. Donald is about relationships. With the client and with the attorneys that he negotiates with on the client's behalf. After about two conversations, I felt like Donald was an old friend. I love that Donald prefers phone calls to texts and emails. 2. Donald rolls up his sleeves and gets right to ...work. My particular cases were done with 3 days of my initial phone call. Yes, cases! Yes, done in 3 days! 3. Donald delivered. The agreements that Donald reached on my behalf were very reasonable. Donald answered his phone EVERY SINGLE TIME I called, even when he was at lunch. Thank you, Donald Hood, for your effective negotiation skills, excellence in customer service and work ethic.

An Expert in his Field

Mr. Hood is an excellent lawyer. He is thorough, well-informed and knowledgeable about his field of work. He will hold you accountable as he explains the benefits, risks, outcomes and contingencies. If you give him what he needs, he reciprocates 100 percent. Don is available all the time. He answe...rs your call with your name. If he is with a client, he concisely explains and then gets back to you promptly. He is both urgent and patient at the same time, as well as at the right time. We believe he truly cared about us and our case. He had our best interests at heart. He sought information about our situation and got to know us as he navigated us through our case. He knew we had gotten bad advice from a previous professional and he was gracious enough to let us distrust him while he proved himself. We highly recommend using Mr. Hood if you are in need of bankruptcy services.

AMAZING!!

Mr. Hood is the best at what he does. He explains the process from beginning to end. I was never confused about the process or felt as if it were just business. He goes far and beyond for his clients. He answered my emails, texts messages, and calls in a timely manner. He was so kind and caring thro...ughout the entire process. I am so happy with the outcome and with his services. I wish I could’ve given him more than 5 stars.
