Responsive, professional, courteous service in Chapter 7

Considering a Chapter 7 bankruptcy is stressful in itself, what can make it even more so is when the legal resources you try to reach out online do not reply. Donald Hood's firm is the first one who bothered to get back to me, and that alone earned them my trust. I worked with multiple members of ...Mr. Hood's staff, who were professional, polite, and understanding of my situation. They answered my questions in a readily understandable way, and did so promptly either by phone or email. These same staff members also made preparing the Chapter 7 petition and preparing for the 341 creditors meeting easy to do and gave me confidence that things would go smoothly during the meeting, which they did. I highly recommend this law firm for anyone who is considering Chapter 7 debt relief or who is ready to file.

Exceptional Attorney Who Made a Difficult Process So Much Easier

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Donald E. Hood and his law office. Filing for bankruptcy was not a decision I made lightly, and as a single mother trying to navigate an already overwhelming financial situation, I was understandably nervous about the entire process. From my ve...ry first interaction with Mr. Hood, however, I knew I had made the right choice in choosing him to represent me. What I appreciated most was his straightforward, honest, and reassuring approach. Honest, trustworthy, and professional - 5 stars

After interviewing several attorneys we decided on hiring Mr. Hood. He walked us through the process and reached out to calm me down a few times. Best decision I made!

I did a lot of research before choosing a lawyer to help me through the bankruptcy process. I had originally chosen someone else and submitted an online request for a consultation, but I started receiving several calls a day from different people, which made me second-guess my decision. Something tol...d me to keep looking and read more reviews, and that’s when I came across Donald. After reading his reviews, I decided to reach out. When I submitted my consultation request, Donald called me himself on a Saturday. He was personable, easy to talk to, and took the time to ask questions and walk me through my options. By the end of that call, I felt an immediate sense of relief. Given my situation, the process went very smoothly. Donald did an amazing job of keeping me informed, answering my questions, and making sure I was prepared every step of the way. He made what could have been an overwhelming and stressful experience feel manageable. Bankruptcy is a scary word, and making the decision to file was the hardest part.
