I hired Mr. Isenberg's firm recently to help with a misdemeanor charge recently. All of his staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and very responsive to any questions that I had. After several years of sobriety, I slipped up. Bad. Picked up a PI, and did it while still on probation for a prior offense. You know the rest -- possible revocation loomed on the horizon. What I did obviously wasn't smart. A crisis date (the anniversary of the death of a loved one) had arrive...d, and, unlike prior years, I didn't use my tools to avoid drinking. What I would stress to anybody in a similar position who might be reading this is how very, very, VERY important it is to hire an attorney who is viewed as highly credible by the Courts and their staff. Why is that important? Because your own credibility with those same people will be largely dependent upon your attorney's credibility.
