Buck was an excellent attorney in the handling of my case. I was originally charged with a DWI. Once I retained his services and he was able to gain access to the information and discovery, he acted quickly using his experience to get the charges reduced to obstruction of a passageway. A much much... less serious charge. He was able to work a plea deal to where I would plead guilty to these minimal charges and only be responsible for fines, community service, counseling etc. I was more than willing to accept those reduced consequences in order to avoid the DWI conviction and all that comes with it. After months and months, which eventually turned into over 2 years of the DA never officially filing the paperwork for the obstruction, the court date came to plead guilty and accept the obstruction charge with fines, community service, counseling, etc. I arrived at the courthouse and was greeted by Buck where I waited just a short time outside of the courtroom while he went in to discuss the guilty plea with the DA. He then came out and informed me that because of the time that had went by since the original charges were filed, the DA was willing to waive all of the fines, community service, counseling, etc. giving me time served. It was by far the best result I could have possibly asked for! All I was asked to do was plea guilty in front of the judge, pay $77 in court fees, and sign some paperwork! I could not have been more pleased with this eventual outcome. The case was completely resolved at that point and I was able to leave the courthouse that day and move on with my life and no longer have to think about the case. Buck's office assistant was also great in notifying me as the months and years went by that the DA still had not filed and the appropriate paperwork. Buck himself was extremely easy to work with, explaining everything as the case went along so I understood what was happening. I would recommend Buck 10 out of 10 times to anyone charges with DWI or DUI.

EXCELLENT ATTORNEY!! I had worked with an attorney previous to working with Mr. Johnson. I had no idea how smooth the process could be.
