Biography
Our firm focuses on helping good people with criminal issues. We are a boutique firm that represents fewer clients at an exceptional level. We have represented prominent individuals, business leaders, and their children in the most important of criminal matters. We deal with the current criminal issue, the visibility of any future criminal record, and any underlying problems or addictions that may have contributed to the current allegations.
We have helped clients with all kinds of criminal issues including DWI, drugs (marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine, and opioids), family violence, sexual assault, child abuse, theft, and numerous white-collar issues. We helped institute the nation’s largest DA led diversion program. Our extensive knowledge of diversion programs, specialty courts, and other programs allow us to help many clients keep charges from showing up on their criminal history in the future.
Kendall has nearly 15 years of experience in criminal law and over 150 jury trials. After an exemplary career at the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, where he left as the Administrative Chief, he founded Madson Castello, PLLC with his partner Messina Madson (former First Assistant and acting District Attorney for Dallas County).

The BEST LAWYER
I hired Kendall in 2017 for a possession charge I caught in 2016....I was convicted of a felony but Kendall was able to get my particular case dropped down from a felony to a misdemeanor conviction no probation. I then caught another case and guess who I hired!!!! KENDALL
