I am very proud to be Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (fewer than 10% of the attorneys in Texas have achieved Board Certified status), and am even prouder to have the opportunity to apply all of the skills and experience I have gained in that area over the course of 19 years and more than 300 jury trials to help individuals and families who have been harmed by the negligence of others or suffered the catasrophic loss of a loved one.

Uninformed Victim of Procrastination & Little Effort
I retained Mr. Hindman's services for a personal injury case in'02; he said it could take 7, 8 or more years to be settled. I thought he was supposed to do what was in my best interest. Replied last October 15, 2015I regret the outcome of this case, however I dispute the review. The defendant was in bankruptcy, thus the case was administratively closed for a period of time. The defendant did not turn in a claim to the carrier or ask for a defense. A default judgment against the defendant was ultimately obtained on behalf of this client.
