Not enough patience in the world....

I have a litigation that has reached it's two year marker or very close to it and the whole two years I spoke with over a dozen paralegals that have abused the handling of my case by not calling me back, not telling me the truth about my case or just not answering questions period. I have not been s...atisfied at all with this process, i just want it to be over with. I don't even know Larry Rolle enough to say if he is the lawyer to choose or not. I may have spoken with him over the phone twice, and with no extra information that may help assure me as a client. I feel my case is just sitting on the desk under the more "important' cases. Each time I call all I get is that they are going to email the other party to see if they answered the deposition and that we are playing a waiting game. TIRED of the same ole same ole and NOT ENOUGH PATIENCE in the WORLD to ever go through this again.

Would love to discuss this with you in person at your convenience, but FYI i have had the same two paralegals for over 8 years now and the same legal secretary for 35 years. Perhaps you had a different attorney in our firm. The three other attorneys that were at my firm in 2017 have all been replaced and are no longer on our staff.

Sorry that you had a bad experience. We settle approximately 50 cases a month for very satisfied clients. Our firm has helped tens of thousands of injured people for over 40 years now. I am not aware of any cases I personally handled that took 7-9 years to conclude. If you wish to make an appointment I would be glad to discuss it with you.

if i could rank them lower i would

Literally the most unprofessional law firm. They take way too long to handle cases. Your case is handled by various lawyers. You can never reach them. Has been 5 years and I still haven't received compensation even though the case has been settled. Absolutely the worst law firm.

Sorry you feel this way but we have no control over the insurance company making a voluntary payment & once they do settle we have to negotiate all liens on your case. I believe that the attorney who handled your case is no longer with our firm. If you have not received payment then you have a child support lien, a hospital lien, or some hold on your case that has not been resolved at this time due to a Texas statute of law.

DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH

So his paralegal, Maggie, called me frantically one day. (I didn't recognize number so I didn't answer right away. I figured whoever was calling would leave a message. She never left message and just kept calling back to back until I finally picked up.) Anyhow, when I picked up, she informed m...e that my case had a scheduled meeting in the morning with the other party's lawyers. She stated that she had accidentally forgotten to mail me a notice and that it was important for me to be present. What?! I informed her that there was absolutely no way I could take off work since she gave me no time to find coverage. She was extremely frantic and finally asked if it was "ok" for Mr. Rolle to speak on my behalf in this meeting. Well, of course, I really had no other choice, did I? Anyhow, she stated she would call me the next day to inform me of the outcome of the meeting. (This was the settlement meeting.) It's been several months and I haven't heard from anyone since. I call repeatedly to inquire about my case. All I want is an update. I am told the only one that I can speak with is Maggie. Absolutely no one offers to assist me even when I inform them that I have called Maggie several times and she does not return my calls. "I'm sorry, Maggie is the only one that can give you an update on your case". They keep sending me to her voicemail and I keep leaving (unanswered) messages. It's been MONTHS. I have not received any correspondence in the mail either but Maggie isn't good at mailing stuff off, remember? Maybe she forgot to send me more notices. Anyhow, I do have to admit that I did like Mr. Rolle when I met him but what good does that do. It's like going to your favorite restaurant and having the worst, unattentive, waiter in the world. You know that feeling? Yup, same feeling. So, don't hold your breathe if you want them to call you back timely or if you like to be kept informed. You're better off finding an attorney with 4+ stars on their reviews.

Maggie has not worked here since 2013. I do appreciate the kind words about myself. I take pride in being a Board Certified Personal Injury Lawyer and having helped thousands of injured clients over 38 years.

Great Personal Injury Attorney

I had a personal injury case with Mr. Rolle who is a really terrific guy. Very knowledgeable about the law and what he does. I have called and was always informed about my case. I know the firm has hired new paralegals who really try to go over and above.

"I endorse this lawyer. Larry is a great lawyer, and head of a great firm. If he is working on your case, you will have one tough advocate who will get everything possible out of the insurance company on your behalf."

"I was privileged to have Larry Rolle as a mentor coming out of law school and practiced law with for 16 years. Larry believes fervently in the importance of litigating claims rather than settling for less than his clients deserve. Sadly, few personal injury lawyers are actually willing to do so."
