First of all regarding the review that is trashing Mr. HIndman is without merit. Anyone that understands legal matters recognize that nothing is absolute in a legal matter and that poor review of Mr. Hindman is complete non-sense. MY EXPERIENCE WITH MR. MICHAEL HINDMAN I found Mr. Hindman in 2005 ...searching for an attorney that was also a litigator ( willing to take a case to court). 7 different rehabilitation service locations recommended Mr. Hindman. My case went all the way to trial and it took about 2 years to get into court. I was hit in the rear of my car hard and suffered injury to my back and neck with severe aggravated inflammation that caused me to be out of work for 2 months. Allstate refused to settle. During this time, I was able to talk to the paralegals and if necessary I was able to make contact with Mr. Hindman when I needed to. However, it is not unusual for attorney's to be busy and can't always respond at a moment's notice. In the event I could not make contact immediately with Mr. HIndman, I was able to talk to his paralegals. I doubt seriously that the individual providing the unfair review of Mr. Hindman is fair or accurate. I have referred many people to Mr. Hindman and all of them have been happy with his representation and the results. In any event, if someone is frustrated, they could/can email Mr. Hindman or his paralegals and someone will email him/her back. My case went to trial as I said and it was one whole day of trial and another whole day of the jury deliberating and returning a verdict. I got to watch Mr. Hindman first hand in the court room. I can tell you folks that you will never find a personal injury attorney better prepared and more effective than Mr. Hindman. He is brilliant, honest, convincing, skillful and prepared. I am not an attorney. I work as an engineer. However over my lifetime I have had the experience of being in court rooms many times over various occasions: divorce, tickets, etc and I have seen many other attorneys debate, defend and offer arguments. I can tell you Mr. Hindman is the best I have ever seen. That doesn't mean there is a guarantee every case will be won. At the end of the day, it is up to the jury and or judge. My case could of been settled for about 30,000 but the jury awarded over 100,00 in my case. Legal matters take time, the wheels of justice turn slowly so you have to be patient. An attorney cannot guarantee a case will be settled out of court, nor can they prevent someone from filing bankruptcy. But the attorney in a personal injury case is taking time and monetary risk when they take a case and if the attorney provides rehabilitation services to the client, that is a risk to the attorney. The client also has a responsibility to contact the attorney by email or his/her paralegals by way of email, phone or fax when things change. I find it extremely difficult to believe that the individual posting that unfair review of Mr. Hindman had no means of making contact with Mr. Hindman or someone from his law firm. Mr. Hindman is a very busy attorney because he is highly sought after. You should consider yourself very lucky if he takes your case.
