The police had no business arresting me but they did anyway. I was fine but they said I was DWI. Didn’t want the public defender because I heard bad things. Met with a few lawyers but this one stood out from the others. Really had his act together and you could tel he knew what he was doing. He agree...d the cops shouldn’t have arrested me and had a hearing and questioned the cop and the case was dismissed. Couldn’t be happier

I had an arrest for DWI in Georgetown and I was super worried because I was an athlete at Southwestern and I could have been suspended or kicked off the team. I don’t really want to get into details but my daughter is a college student and got into some trouble her first week at school. We were very concerned that being arrested and charged with a crime would derail her education and future. Hired Mr. Strickland after meeting with him based on a recommenda...tion from a friend of a friend and he took care of business from day one. What started as a felony charged was dropped and my daughter ended up only having a ticket and everything is able to be dropped from her record. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Joe really helped me out not only with my DWI but also with my drivers license. I never knew that your license gets suspended just for getting arrested but Joe got me an occupational driver license within 24 hours of my suspension so I was able to drive legally.
