My husband started his Social Security disability case with this firm. However, they quickly demonstrated how his case would be treated by ignoring our requests for communication repeatedly.When we finally received communication from the firm, the office manager was extremely unprofessional. We disch...arged their services and went with another lawyer that would better represent our case. We have requested the letter from them stating that they have withdrawn from the case since the discharge, and it has not been provided, nor have we received our client file from them. 28 Texas Admin Code 152.6 states that they must provide this documentation and personal file 10 days after they were fired, it has long been past that deadline. Multiple requests have been made to obtain this document and they have yet to comply. Not providing this documentation is criminal and trying to take our money, if we win our case, after being fired is fraudulent.

Mr Joel Elliott was hired in a divorce case after being recommended as one of the best in Canton. He turned out to be horrible. Being a male client, he told us he would do what was necessary to get a favorable settlement dealing with three small children. After being caught in the courthouse with the... opposing lawyer, slapping each other on the back and making jokes about the case, and then lieing about what he was doing, he was fired. It took over a month for him to deliver an itemized bill. He ensured he billed for almost every dollar’s worth of money that he had been paid in advance.
