However, they quickly demonstrated how his case would be treated by ignoring our requests for communication repeatedly.When we finally received communication from the firm, the office manager was extremely unprofessional. We have requested the letter from them stating that they have withdrawn from the case since the discharge, and it has not been provided, nor have we received our client file from them. 28 Texas Admin Code 152.6 states that they must provide this documentation and personal file 10 days after they were fired, it has long been past that deadline. Multiple requests have been made to obtain this document and they have yet to comply. Not providing this documentation is criminal and trying to take our money, if we win our case, after being fired is fraudulent.
