Joedy is a straight shooter who will let you know up front what she expects of you and if you even have a case. Her honesty and integrity are of the highest caliber. I was in a rough situation with my ex. After 5 years of being divorced, I learned that she was abusing drugs, and my children were being neglected and put in danger. I immediately called cps based on the reports I was hearing from my children. I also filed for sole custody. When cps came to visit afy...er notifying her beforehand, she was prepared. She had threatened the kids (in the cps report) and forced them into saying things that provoked cps to take the kids from me. She filed abuse charges and a restraining order against me and I lost my kids. This is very easy to do, because with these kind of allegations you are guilty until proven innocent. She took the case to a personal level, and I coukd really tell that she actually cared for the best interest of my children as well as myself. She helped find me a criminal lawyer, and walked me through all the steps to getting my kids back. She is very honest and very helpful, and for a little lady she really can get very aggressive when needed. I would recommend Joedy to anyone having issues and needing a lawyer in a family case.
