G. David Heiman

Here is some advice from a former client--if you are thinking of retaining David Heiman, DON'T! Months have gone by without as much as a phone call from him, he leaves it to his paralegal to do, literally, all of his work. When I finally showed up at his office and confronted him, he didn't even know... who I was! The previous reviews of his arrogance are dead on, and he does become hostile when asked questions. He also still owes me money and will not return calls or emails about this.

When I first met with him, he indicated he could communitcate through email to reduce office appointments. Initial email exchanges went ok, but as he got busy he would stop responding. He eventually left it to his paralegal to communicate with me on legal decisions. The paralegal was unqualified t...o be put in that position. Messages I had requested go to the lawyer did not always get relayed and if they did, the message was miscommunicated and caused a great deal of confusion. He put together a legal strategy and left it to his paralegal to inform me, and actually became angry with me when I questioned his decisions. Overall this was a terrible experience.
